Texas Meet Team Dinner!

We have a party room reserved, a buffet lined up, and game cards loaded for the kids!  You won't want to miss it.  And we somehow found a time during the weekend where we think every Level can make it!  

You MUST rsvp in advance, and submit your payment . . . by Friday January 19.  No exceptions.  I have to give a final headcount (and payment) and they are setting up the buffet based on that headcount.  

I will take either check or online payment.  There is an additional fee to pay online. 

Adult Ticket:  $32.00 (if paying online, ticket price is $33.83)

Gymnast Ticket: $37.00  (if paying online, ticket price is $38.95) (includes $20 of game play!)

Gymnast Ticket Food: will include Bar Burgers, Pizza Bites, Crispy Chicken Bites w/ Ranch, Macaroni & Cheese, French Fries, Garden Salad, and soda/water. 

Adult Ticket Food: will include Fiesta Platters (chicken quesadilla, nachos, loaded queso, chips and guacamole) and Chick Magnet Platters (Crispy chicken strips, boneless wings, bone-in wings, celery and ranch), Garden Salad, and coffee/tea/soda/water. 

Game Play:  All Gymnast Tickets will receive a $20 Power Card for game play PLUS unlimited non-redemption games!

How to RSVP and Pay:

• RSVP through this invite for the # of Gymnasts and # of Adults.  I need all guest names. 
• Choose your ticket type:  Gymnast/Adult and Online/Check.  
• If you choose "Check" -- your cost will show as zero, but your check must be dropped at front desk by 8 PM on Friday January 19 (make check out to Midwest Gymnastics Booster Club). 

Fine Print:

• This is not a drop-off event!  All gymnasts must be accompanied by an adult (25+ per Dave & Buster's) who is responsible for them. 
• Best behavior is required by all (even you, Lucie T. . . . we'll be watching for your shenanigans)
• Food will be served at the beginning of the event. 
• No outside food/drink is allowed.
• Siblings are welcome.  Purchase whichever ticket/food you'd like them to have. The adult ticket does not come with any Game Play.  
• Ticket price includes tax and 20% gratuity.
