Gertens Plant Card Sales
April 3, 2023 to April 21, 2023
Parents and gymnasts may sell Plant Cards in person or online. You are responsible for collecting and submitting payment if you take cash or check. All plant cards will be delivered to parents at the May 6 meeting. Checks made out to: Midwest Gymnastics Booster Club

Eligibility Credits: 1 credit for every $400 in Plant Card Sales.

The Ask: We are asking all gymnasts to sell at least TEN $25 plant cards. Sell more to earn an eligibility credit, but we need all hands on deck to close out the year with successful fundraising. Use the Punch Card below to track, and when your gymnast turns her card into her coach, she can choose a special prize from the grab box!

Get the word out (flyer!) and sell! Track your orders on the Sales Tracker (or send your buyers to the online store).

When you sell ten $25 plant cards (or equivalent amount), your gymnast can turn in the punch card to her coach and choose a prize from the grab box!

April 22
Bring your Order Form to the gym, with all payments collected, between 10-12pm. Give to Nicole in lobby.

May 6
Attend parent meeting to pick up your Plant Cards.

Using your Sales Tracker and your online sales purchase list, distribute your Plant Cards.
