Midwest Gymnastics Booster Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit parent-operated organization established to support the Girls' competitive teams of Midwest gymnastics.  MGBC strives to create an enthusiastic environment that promotes excellence and character development by providing strong communication, opportunities for raising funds, financial support, team building and fostering positive relationships between gymnasts, coaches, parents, and staff.

 

Money raised will help pay for expenses incurred during competition season.

Meet Sponsorships

One of the major goals of the MGBC is to raise funds that provide financial support to gymnasts and their families—these fundraising efforts benefit all member families and help make the cost of participation more manageable. Our most important fundraising efforts are the two annual meets our club sponsors:

 

• Go for Gold Invitational, September 28th -29th 

• Candy Apple Invitational, November 9th-10th

Tax-deductible donations (sponsorships) from businesses like yours are critical to the success of these meets and to supporting our gymnasts. Platinum Sponsor ($500)

• Recognition on MGBC website and social media

• Signage at meet (logo to be provided by sponsor)—will distribute cards/ads if provided by sponsor—poster in meet lobby and inside gym

• Verbal acknowledgement during meets

• Additional sponsor acknowledgement at Midwest Gymnastics (poster or running slideshow)

Concession Sponsor ($750)

• Signage at the Concession Stand (high traffic area)

• Recognition on MGBC website and social media (called out as a special Concession Sponsor).

• Signage at meet (logo to be provided by sponsor)—will distribute cards/ads if provided by sponsor—poster both in meet lobby and inside gym

• Verbal acknowledgement during meets

• Additional sponsor acknowledgement at Midwest Gymnastics (poster or running slideshow)]

Hospitality Sponsor ($750)

• Signage in Judge and Coach spaces (high traffic area for repeat viewing by judges/coaches/Midwest parent volunteers all weekend!)

• Recognition on MGBC website and social media

• Signage at meet (logo to be provided by sponsor)—will distribute cards/ads if provided by sponsor—poster both in meet lobby and inside gym

• Verbal acknowledgement during meets

Photo Booth Sponsor ($250)

• Signage by photo booth (high traffic area)

• Recognition on MGBC and social media

• Will distribute cards/ads if provided by sponsor—placed by photo booth

 

Restaurant Meal Donor (to feed ~25-30 people, value ~$250)

• Signage in Judge and Coach spaces

• Recognition on MGBC website and social media
